Kreative PAce
Kreative Pace is a professional therapy service based in London, United Kingdom. Recognising that everyone’s journey is unique, Kreative Pace therapists mindfully connect with individuals using a personalised approach to nurture their creative journey towards a healthier emotional and mental wellbeing. The path and pace to self-awareness, healing and growth is not a one-size-fits-all formula.
Our vision is to facilitate a non-judgemental, trusting and confidential space where clients tap into their own creativity and immerse in a process where they feel safe to express and unpack their thoughts and emotions. Our therapists help clients to apply the methods and tools developed in therapy to their everyday lives, better managing overwhelming and unwanted feelings in a healthy way. We hold importance in helping clients explore and bring awareness to their multifaceted expressions, verbal and/or creative, linking its impact to their current situation.
Using a psychodynamic, art therapy and integrative approach, we help clients to creatively connect with themselves and the therapy process to heal and grow, strengthening their self-awareness, personal and emotional growth.
What Is Art Therapy?
Art therapy (also referred to art psychotherapy) involves the use of various art media and creative outlets as a means to help clients express and communicate their thoughts and feelings.
It provides a safe space to help clients access feelings that are difficult to manage or process alone, and develop creative methods of expressing emotions in a safe and healthy way.
Why Have Art Therapy?
The art process can be a helpful alternative when it is difficult to verbalise feelings or recount past experiences. It can also enable one to reflect upon and bring meaning to what has been created, which stimulates storytelling and the exploration of its relevance to the client’s life.
